Christian Management Australia (CMA) is a nonprofit, non-denominational member-based organisation, formed in 2002 out of collaboration between Wesley Mission Sydney, and Evangelical Alliance in Melbourne. CMA currently operates as a self-governing ministry of Evangelical Alliance, with its own national board.

CMA’s mission is ‘Maximising Ministry Effectiveness, Building Organisational Character’. We exist to serve Christian churches and nonprofit organisations, in areas of leadership and management.

We also have an interest in the Christian business sector, where faith and management intersect.

Our staff have significant practical experience in running schools and Not for Profits. We aim to provide recommendations and advice that is straight forward and ready to implement.
